Why should you thank God for everything?

I have a miracle story I'm going to share with you about snow and about who to thank for things like snow days. In the mid-400s a church was dedicated in honor of Our Lady called St. Mary Major Basilica in Rome, and there's a really cool legend about its foundation. There was a wealthy couple who was wanting to dedicate all their belongings to honor Our Lady, and they weren't sure how. So they were praying for a sign from God, when a miracle happened.
