How I dealt with kids playing in my driveway


“Every night I would get an alert from my driveway security camera, and at first I was a bit annoyed, but then I found myself looking forward to the evening alert. And then inspiration struck, in the form of my wife giving me this great idea. What transpired has turned into the best part of an otherwise dreary pandemic summer...”

  1. Good for you. Instead of getting angry you extended yourself generously to the neighborhood kids and both they and you found joy! (When I was reading it I wondered if I would have been as nice and sadly realized that I just might not have been.)

  4. Check out the parents walking the dogs. This helps confirm what I've been thinking for a while, now: Americans should have fewer pets and more children.

  5. Ad hoc courses don't count unless they include massive dirt ramps and lines of forty cars to jump...NEXT SUNDAY AT THE MONSTER TRUCK BASH TO END ALL MONSTER TRUCK RALLEYS!!!
